THE RAGON INSTITUTE is a research institute focusing on HIV/AIDS vaccine development and collaborative study of immunology.
The project seeks to create a new headquarters located inside a mid-rise office building in Cambridge, MA. It consists of a ground floor conference center, a research facility occupying the top 3 levels as well as a basement vivarium. The design aims to overcome the architectural limitations of the existing structure to offer a dynamic visitor experience and to stimulate communication and collaboration between researchers.

The WATERMARK is a 81-unit luxury condominium building located at Waterworks Park at Chestnut Hill of Boston. Sharing a site with two historic municipal water pump buildings, it faces the Chestnut Hill reservoir and abuts a local park.
The building provides a modern and yet civic monumental presence to complement the stately adjacent buildings. The design maximizes the advantage of its proximity to the water and establishes a lofty backdrop for the neighborhood.
